How It Works
Our My Green Bin system uses Greenrich Microbes—a proprietary blend of function-specific microorganisms—to accelerate aerobic decomposition of organic waste.
Preparation
Chop vegetable peels, fruit waste, greens, and flowers into small pieces. (Avoid liquids, plastic, meat, and synthetic waste.)
Layering
Add a layer of Greenrich Microbes at the base of the bin. Add a layer of waste. Repeat the process in layers until the bin is full.
Leachate Collection
Every two days, collect the liquid by-product (leachate) from the lower chamber. Dilute it 1:10 with water to use as a natural fertilizer and pest repellent.
Compost Completion
Within 25–30 days, the compost is ready to use. For continuous composting, alternate between two bins.
